How do you count active members?
An active member is anyone with a current membership or who has checked in within the last 90 days. Cancelled members, expired trials, and inactive profiles don't count toward your limit.
What happens if I go over my member limit?
We'll give you a heads up as you approach your limit. If you go over, you simply move to the next tier — no disruption, no penalty. Your gym keeps running.
Do all plans really include every feature?
Yes. Every gym on Pulse gets the full platform — AI retention engine, marketing suite, equipment tracking, multi-site management, custom reports, API access, everything. We don't gate features behind expensive tiers like other platforms do.
Are there any per-member fees or hidden charges?

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes, anytime. Switch to annual to save 20%. If you're on annual and want to switch to monthly, the change takes effect at your next renewal.
