- Equipment data: Information about gym equipment entered into the equipment tracking module

Your members' data never leaves Australia.
5. AI and Machine Learning
Pulse uses AI to provide features like churn prediction, content generation, and business recommendations. Your data is used to train models specific to your gym only. We do not use your data to train shared or third-party AI models. You can opt out of AI features at any time through your account settings.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information only with:
- Service providers: Companies that help us operate Pulse (e.g., Stripe for payments, AWS for hosting)
- Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process
